Cheline E. McCargo, Secretary of PFC

Cheline E. McCargo, Secretary/Treasurer of Purpose Fulfilled Coalition Nonprofit Organization, utilizes her extensive management and customer service background. As well as, critical thinking to ensure the organization’s mission resonates with its audience. Her dedication to excellence in service delivery enriches the organization’s engagement strategies and fosters meaningful connections within the community.

Ledessa D. Brown

Ledessa D. Brown is an HBCU graduate, alumnus of Johnson C. Smith University, located right in the heart of Charlotte, NC; earning a dual degree in Community health/Sports Medicine.

As the founder of the Ledessa Brown Foundation, a non-profit organization, she serves as an advocate for change in lower-income and impoverished communities both locally and abroad.As a newly published author, Ledessa had the privilege of releasing her first book entitled “What Christians Didn’t Teach Me” through Barnes and Noble in 2022; and with a unique style of ministry bestowed upon her by the Lord, coupled with steadfast faith, dedication, and conviction, she continues her work, hoping to lead the lost to salvation through the power and love of Jesus Christ.

Caila McCargo - Vice President of PFC

Caila McCargo, Vice President of Purpose Fulfilled Coalition Nonprofit utilizes her experience in management to oversee the organization’s mission and strives diligently to achieve the goals for the nonprofit. She understands the importance of this movement and is willing to take the necessary steps everyday to make a difference within the community. While constantly working towards the goals of PFC, she hopes that this is only the beginning of many more life changing nonprofits.

Cheron Williams - Founder of PFC

Cheron is more than just the Founding Executive Director of Purpose Fulfilled Coalition (PFC) — she’s also a passionate advocate for teen mothers here in the Charlotte, NC area.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Ashford University, Cheron’s journey began as a dedicated provider and teacher in childcare for over 18 years. But it was her personal experiences as a Teen Mom that ignited her passion for supporting young mothers.

Before founding PFC in 2023, Cheron served as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, where she worked closely with organizations and families, particularly focusing on the needs of teen mothers.

Mrs. Williams’ commitment to making a difference in these mothers’ lives shines through her work, fueled by empathy, understanding, and a fierce determination to empower and uplift young moms EVERYWHERE!!!
