Hope in a bag – Provides Essentials

Our monthly program ensures homeless pregnant teens have access to essential toiletries throughout their pregnancy and postpartum period. From prenatal vitamins to hygiene products and baby supplies, we aim to support these young mothers during this crucial time, promoting their health and well-being

Resource Center - Encourages Empowerment

Our resource center serves homeless pregnant teens, offering essential support and guidance. In addition to providing toiletries, we’re actively working towards securing safe and stable housing options. Through counseling, education, and community partnerships, we strive to empower these teens to build brighter futures for themselves and their babies.

Purpose Fulfilled Connection - Encourages Network

Catering to the unique needs of mothers aged 20-25, our program takes the next step to offer an extension of comprehensive support and resources. From childcare assistance to career development workshops, mental health counseling to financial literacy courses, we’re dedicated to continue the journey of helping these young moms thrive. Our goal is to create a supportive community where they can access the tools and guidance needed to navigate motherhood and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Suzy’s Closet- Encourages Giving

Our program provides a platform for mothers to exchange gently used items for ones they need. From clothing and toys to baby gear and household essentials, moms can bring in items they no longer use and swap them for something they require. Moms can access the items they need, regardless of whether they have something to exchange. This initiative fosters a sense of community and sustainability while ensuring that mothers have access to the resources they need to support their families.
